For creating your bot, click on the tab “Create Bot” or button “Create Bot”
Give a name to your offer to find it easily further and click “Next” button.
Set up trigger products: turn on wanted trigger, if you choose a specific product or collection, please select corresponding item(s)/collections from the list. Click “Next” button.
Put a checkmark if all selected products should be added to the cart in order to activate bot. If the box is not checked, then the bot will be activated when at least one selected item is added to cart.
Add options
To select bot product(s) that will be automatically added to the Cart, click on “Add/Edit Products” button
Once you’ve chosen product click on “Continue with selected products” button
Set up default quantity and add discount if needed (will be applied only to the bot product). Click the “Next” button.
Turn on additional conditions you want to add to the offer. Click the “Next” button.
Turn on Float Popups to notify your customers. Choose position, change text of notification and customize it according to your store's vibe. Click the “Save & Close” button.
Click on the “Preview” button, to check how it works on yours store
You should see a popup window on the left side with two buttons “Fix for Me” and “I can see it”. On the right side there is a chat window with our support team.
If you do not see a float popup once you click on the “Add to Cart” button, please click on the “Fix for Me” button and a message will be automatically sent to our support.
